Stabilizers
The stabilizers are used in the drilling activity, being mounted in the drilling string above
the bit or in between the drill collars and have following functions:
- centering and assuring the stability of the drilling string inside the well hole;
- avoiding the well hole deviations;
- protecting the drill collar string against wear due to the friction with the walls of the well.
We are offering a wide variety of stabilizers constructive features including: spiral, straight, integral and welded blade stabilizers.

Milling cutters
Button-hole mills (FZ type) and junk bits (FT type) are used for destroying the metal objects, cement stones over the entire section of the well at repair works.
The cutting face concave camber of the milling cutter FZV lets to centralize mill down the hole.
The washover shoe of heavy type (FK type) are used for destroying the metal objects in the annular space between the borehole wall or casing column and production/drilling string at repair works in oil, gas and exploration wells. The connection between milling cutters and fishing string can be threaded or welded.
Taper string mills (FKK type) are used for cutting damaged areas of production strings (wrinkling, scrapped) at workover or cleaning “window” in the string.
Mill-reamers (FRS type) are used for cutting the “window ” in the string at drilling the new hole.

Taper taps
Fishing taps (MBU type and LM type) are used for the left in the well drilling string capture and further extraction by cutting-in smooth inner surface of the pipe.
Taper flat taps (LMG type) are used to capture and extraction collars, snaps or other units with hatchways. The capture is made by pressing the tap into hatchway of the unit. The fishing part of the tap has cone smooth surface.
Multi-operated taper taps (MEU type) are used for
capturing and the subsequent extraction of the drilling string which is remained in a well, by incision in a smooth internal surface of the tubing string.
Special locking taper taps (MSZ type) are used for capturing the drilling string with the locking connections in the end (collars) by cutting-in the rotary shouldered connection. Finning part of the taper tap is the fishing thread, that repeats the section of the fished pipe rotary shouldered connection.
Special on-stream taper taps (MES type) are used to capture tubing strings by cutting-in the collar thread. Finning part of the taper tap is the fishing thread, that repeats the section of the fished tubing string.

Drill stem subs
Drill stem subs are used for connecting parts of drill stems and joining the drilling tools to it.
Drill stem is a pipe nipple, made of highly-alloy steel the upper and lower ends of which terminate in locking threads. Drill stem subs are manufactured in all sizes in accordance with GOST 7360-82.
Types of drilling stem subs:
- P type – bottle neck, box-pin;
- M type – box, box-box;
- N type –pin-type, pin-pin.
Drill tubing pipe subs are used to connect tubing pipes of different diameters, underground equipment with threaded tubing connector ends. Drill tubing pipe subs are manufactured in all sizes in accordance with GOST 23979-80.

Die collars
Die collars (K and LK types) are used for capturing and subsequent extraction of the drilling pipes or tubing strings, that were left in the well, by cutting-in and screwing on outer surface of the pipe. The difference between die collar type K and type LK is the pin thread for the re-entry guide connection.

Junk Subs
Junk Subs are designed to remove debris too heavy to be circulated out of the hole and are normally positioned in the drill string,
just above the drill bit or mill.
In operation, the debris is brought up from the bottom by this circulation and drops over the lip into the cup
as the circulation slows, allowing the denser material to drop back.
